Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains databases.
• Receives and maintains records of all distributor purchases.
• Communicates expected delivery dates with distributors and retailers.
• Coordinates with Shop Support to support retail Sneak Preview events and collect orders as needed.
• Shares all sales information with company staff, distributors, and retailers when necessary.
• Supports Monthly Tournament Shipping as needed.
• Resolve distributors and retailer's inquiries and claims.
• Ensures all shop-related event support emails are processed in a timely manner.
• Analyzes the TCG market and reports trends.
• Attends distributor open house when required.
• Attends major company conventions.

Shop Support Responsibilties:

• Assists with monthly shipments and new retailer registration.
• Assists retailers with special event and promotional offers registration.
• Assists with database maintenance.
• Communicates merchandise availability with retailers.
• Resolves distributors and retailer inquiries and claims.
• Ensures all shop-related event support emails are processed in a timely manner
• Coordinates with other teams to create schedules for retail Sneak Preview events and collect orders.
• Shares all shop support information with company staff, distributors and retailers when necessary.
• Analyzes the TCG market and reports trends.

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work at our office located in Walnut, CA. *NOTE: We will be relocating to Torrance in the next few months.
• Must be available 5 days a week during normal office hours. (09:30am to 6:00pm)
• Occasional overtime required
• Driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be able to travel to various events throughout the year.
• Must demonstrate strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be proficient with operating a Windows-based computer.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
• Must be able to lift upwards of 25 lbs.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with TCGs or anime
• Japanese or Spanish language skills
• Background in sales or customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
